A very lazy attempt to make some kind of thriller or drama based around reporters in a war zone.The budget was probably whatever benefits the director received that week.
The star is apparently Harrison Ford's brother. I did not know that when watching the movie, but that tiny piece of trivia was more entertaining than the film itself. I think the fact that I can't remember anything about him, probably sums up his performance.
Sadly I can remember his co star Paris Jefferson who spends the entire movie looking bored. Wooden doesn't begin to cover it.
The plot- if there is one- is incomprehensible.
A complete waste of time.
