What has Theo Rossi Been up to Since Sons of Anarchy?

It’s highly possible that no other actor could have taken on the portrayal of Juan Carlos “Juice” Ortiz as Theo Rossi did. For seven seasons of Sons of Anarchy, he played the role believing that Juice was a good guy–contrary to the opinion of many who viewed Juice as a one-time good guy who becomes a consummate villain. Rossi confided this to Sydney Bucksbaum in a 2016 interview for The Hollywood Reporter. Rossi had recently discovered that Juice was the character who single-handedly killed the most individuals during the run of Sons of Anarchy. The bit of trivia literally shocked

The song Juice (Know The Ledge) showed up originally on the movie Juice and was a big reason why Rakim became known for his storytelling style and was able to get the kind of attention he wanted. This song has been featured on several different tracks and has even been cited by rapper 50 Cent as the song that made him want to become a rapper. The story told throughout the song is about a street hustler that has to deal with the kind of lifestyle he’s made for himself while trying to stay alive. It’s a very skillful song

Will Smith’s Career Rollercoaster: A Bright Future in Politics?

Will Smith’s Career Rollercoaster: A Bright Future in Politics?
Twenty years ago, Will Smith announced he’d love to become president. And why not? He’d won at everything else. At 12, he formed a rap duo that made him a teenage millionaire. By 23, he was a sitcom star. Now, he was 26 and his stunning hit streak of Bad Boys, Independence Day and Men in Black had made him the most likable movie star in the world. The U.S. Presidency would simply be his fourth career—or maybe fifth. “Give me 10 years and I’ll make it,” said Smith, “provided I can squeeze in an NBA championship before that.”

He was kidding, and he wasn’t. Since then, Smith has floated running for president every few years. (He dropped his basketball dreams pretty quick.) In 1999, the Clintons invited him to sleep in the Lincoln bedroom. “I told Bill that he should keep my room warm,” said Smith. “That might sound foolish to some,” he later told

Omar Epps Was Unfairly Sexy in the '90s, and You Better Believe He's Still Got It
Where does one even begin when talking about Omar Epps? The actor, most notable for his roles in movies like Love & Basketball and TV shows like House, was a major heartthrob back in the day, and his sexiness is still very much a thing. The 44-year-old was everywhere in the '90s (think Juice, Scream 2, Higher Learning, and so on), and our childhood crush has thankfully carried over into adulthood. While nothing will ever quite compare to his role as Quincy McCall in Love & Basketball (seriously, that movie . . . don't get me started because I will never stop), Omar has continued to act (and steal our hearts) over the years. Keep reading for some of his sexiest moments, but be warned: your love will probably plunge into new, unknown dEPPS (Ok, bye). RelatedOh, Just 20 Photos of the Mouthwateringly Hot Kofi Siriboe

Actors Almost Cast in Star Wars Movies

Actors Almost Cast in Star Wars Movies
When it comes to the Star Wars movies, it's hard to imagine anyone else in the iconic roles of heroes like Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, and Princess Leia. Even the Star Wars prequels most aggressive critics will admit that Ewan McGregor shined as Obi-Wan Kenobi, the character fans of the galaxy far, far away first encountered as embodied by the late Sir Alec Guinness. But as with any film, the casting process is, well, a process. And there have been plenty of legendary actors who almost made their way into this galaxy from a long time ago and very far, far away.

Most fans know that Kurt Russell was among the actors considered for the role of everyone's favorite scruffy nerf herder, Han Solo. He even screen tested with aspiring Luke Skywalker William Katt, who would later star as television's Greatest American Hero. Karen Allen auditioned for Princess Leia, a

The man who nearly directed Seven

Simon Brew Jul 12, 2017

How Ernest Dickerson nearly directed Seven, just as the film was about to be canned...

Having had what can best be described as an unpleasant experience making Alien 3, David Fincher was very picky when choosing his second film as director. He eventually opted for Seven, starring Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt, and the resulting film would set up the film career he’s had since. There’s still an argument that it’s his best film.

However, it wasn’t a movie he was originally set to direct.

Instead, Ernest Dickerson, who broke through with 1992’s Juice, was on the lookout for a horror film to make in the early 90s. On the Post Mortem podcast, he revealed that he changed agents, and “the first two scripts that they gave me… one was Surviving The Game.

Film Review: ‘All Eyez on Me’

Film Review: ‘All Eyez on Me’
Sleekly shaven-headed, with a pirate bandana, a gangsta’s dripped-in-death tattoos, and the liquid stare of an Arabian prince, Tupac Shakur was the matinee idol of hip-hop superstars: not the fiercest rapper, not the most virtuosic or visionary, but a figure of “hard” ferocity who elevated street nihilism by fusing it with a certain lovesexy bravura. For a while, he was as much a movie star as he was a rap star (and he would have been a bigger one had his legal troubles not scared off the Hollywood establishment). On some level, Tupac’s life always seemed like a movie playing out in front of you — not just the hair triggers of bloodshed, but his whole contradictory dance of activism and thuggery, commitment and celebrity.

All Eyez on Me,” the messy, hugely flawed, but fascinating biographical drama that has now been made about him, channels those contradictions, even if

Movie Review – All Eyez on Me (2017)

All Eyez on Me, 2017.

Directed by Benny Boom.

Starring Demetrius Shipp Jr, Jamal Woolard, Danai Gurira, Kat Graham, Jamie Hector, Lauren Cohan, Dominic L. Santana, Grace Gibson, and Harold House Moore.

Synopsis:

The true and (supposedly) untold story of the prolific rapper, poet, and actor Tupac Shakur.

Did you know Tupac took up ballet when he was a teenager? Did you know that he dated the daughter of the local chapter of the Communist Party USA? Did you know that Tupac’s rap career began as a roadie and as a background dancer to Digital Underground?

The answers to those questions should be in this biopic. A film with the subtitle: ‘The Untold Story of Tupac Shakur’ one would expect some interesting anecdotes. Instead, the film offers an inane and uninspiring biopic that’s more interested in skimming over his life, briefly looking at some details, and project the public
