This movie and Uuno Turhapuro herra Helsingin herra (1991) share a scene that connects the two movie franchises together and showing both of them are part of the same movie reality. Heikki Kinnunen character Vääpeli Körmy having a discreet meeting with another character in a restaurant when Vesa-Matti Loiri character Uuno Turhapuro approaches acting to be the waiter asking him to pay his bill so he can leave for the day. Körmy gives him money for the bill and Uuno leaves. Then the person Körmy was meeting remarks that they had not even ordered yet and that had to be some spy spying on them.
