Shep Ramsey is an interstellar hero, righting wrongs, et cetera. His ship is damaged after a fight with an interstellar nasty, and he must hide out on Earth until it can recharge. He leaves his power suit at home, but still finds himself unable to allow wrongs to go unrighted, and so mixes it up with bad drivers, offensive paperboys, muggers and the like. Then the family, with which he's staying, finds his power suit, and the father tries it on.Written by

Mark William "The Undertaker" Calaway accepted a role in this movie at the suggestion of Vince McMahon. The Undertaker had not debuted in the WWF during the time of the making of this movie, but Vince had high hopes for him. Vince planned to do with Hogan and Undertaker, what he did for Hogan and Zeus, by bringing into the WWF the villian of the film No Holds Barred (1989), which starred Hogan. However, that angle didn't do well, as Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr. (Zeus) was trained to become a wrestler after No Holds Barred (1989), and the angle quickly died away. Vince hoped that if this movie was a hit, then hopefully The Undertaker would become known well enough to attract audiences who wanted to see Hogan take on another movie villain, only this time the villian was a wrestler able to put on decent matches with Hogan. No mention of this movie was mentioned after The Undertaker debuted just before the film was released to theatres. See more »

Adrian Beltz:
[Meeting with Japanese Businessmen]
Look who's here! Welcome! Konichiwa! Konichiwa! Just trying to rival that celebrated Japanese sense of employee relations you people are born with or so it seems.
Zukaki:
[speaking Japanese]
I think I'm gonna hate this guy.
Kim:
[Beltz doesn't speak Japanese and Kim translates]
Uh, Mr. Zukaki says he is very impressed with your knowledge of his culture.
Zukaki:
[to Kim in Japanese]
Coward.

This movie gets funnier as I get older. Not a good sign, but oh well. Lets face it, this is no blockbuster film, but deep in your hearts that part of being a kid comes out and just laughs at this film. Hogan is the king of cheasy. The dialogue is hilarious and there really isnt a bad actor in this film. Lloyd is one of the better actors ive seen in my life and Larry Miller is always good for a laugh or two. Shelly isnt bad herself. I dunno, this movie fits some peoples humor and not others.
