It is alluded to that two characters are in a same-sex relationship at some point in the film.

Junior humiliates Mr. Igor Peabody by spoon-catapulting a meatball between the cleavage of his buxom date, he unwittingly attempts to help take it out but she slaps his hand and does it herself.

The film's main antagonist LaWanda Dumore is a "sugar-mama" who is often very seductive, especially towards both Ben Healy Jr and Sr. Using her feminine wiles and shapely behind to please them.

In the classroom scene, Junior restrains Murph the Bully by using all of the project tape to stick his body against the chalk board with his hand taped to his crotch. (Played for laughs)

In the beginning of the film, a car drives past a strip-club where two tents resemble bare-breasts.

While walking over to Ben Healy's door, a woman stuffs her bra with tissue to appear as a double-D in front of him, she then rings the doorbell after unknowingly stepping on the rigged rug that Junior soaked, she gets electrocuted and is shown with burnt tissue hanging from out her top.

Junior and Trixie are very devious and threaten each other throughout the movie.

Someone throws a satellite dish over a school rooftop and knocks a man unconscious.

A jealous ex-husband enters a restaurant and knocks a man out with a pipe. He then gets into a fight with another man and is hit in the stomach. A woman then punches the other man in the face.

A boy rigs a doorbell; later in the film, a woman rings the doorbell and she is electrified. It leaves her clothes tattered and her hair in a "Bride of Frankenstein" look. She then collapses.

Two kids throw a lit M80 into a toilet, then flush it. A teacher comes running down the hallway, having to go to the bathroom badly, and he sits on that toilet, only to have it explode on him. In a later scene, the teacher is literally wearing some kind of diaper and no pants, obviously as a result of this.

There is projectile vomiting on a carnival ride when Junior purposely makes it go too fast. Vomit is literally spewing out of everyone's mouths, and some of them are drenched in it from head to toe. The ride operator throws up too, and the vomit sprays all over the people watching. Some of them even slip and fall in it. This scene lasts for about 2 and a half minutes and is very explicit--nothing is held back, and it's very long and dragged out. Be forewarned! The scene will disgust most people.

People throw food in a restaurant. People are humiliated, but not harmed.

Also of note is the antisocial behaviour presented by the two main child characters. This includes obscene gestures (including a middle finger), dangerous pranks, and non-stop disrespectful demeanours towards various targets around the film.

Though the whole movie is meant to be for laughs, the "Crazy Dance" scene may not sit well with all viewers due to the excessive vomiting.
