Plot Summary

Jeff, a street-wise cop must team up with his beautiful ex-wife's new beau, Eric, a shady stockbroker, to rescue her when she is kidnapped by mobsters and held hostage inside the Eastern Columbia Building in downtown Los Angeles. The mobsters want their money back that Eric stole, leaving Jeff and Eric no choice but to form a deadly plan of attack.
