Pedro goes out searching for a girl, but the night doesn't seem to be good. While he is talking with a friend, he sees Sara breaking up with a boy. He goes after her, and they end up sleeping in his house. Time goes by and they continue together. But Sara has too many men around and Pablo can't stand that. Their relation is difficult, they love each other but, at the same time, they can not be together. Written by <oscar.esteban@p4.virtual.encomix.com>
This is one of Pere Ponce's first starring roles together with Ariadna Gil, both of who are talented and well respected Spanish actors.
The story follows Pedro over several years in his on and off relationship with Sara as well as his problems in gaining economic independence from his parents in Spain's precarious job market. Sara is a very attractive and free woman who has lots of men trailing after her and who has problems with commitment, but whose morality and lifestyle is really pretty average for the early eighties (during the `movida').
The dialogues are much wittier than average for a Spanish comedic script and the characters are believable and well played. Definitely one of the best romantic comedies produced in Spain in the last ten years.
