Plot Summary

Andy Barclay has been placed in a foster home after the tragic events of the first film, since his mother was committed. In an attempt to save their reputation, the manufacturers of Chucky reconstruct the killer doll, to prove to the public that nothing was wrong with it in the first place. In doing so, they also bring the soul of serial killer Charles Lee Ray back to life. As Chucky tries to locate Andy, the body count rises. Will Andy be able to escape, or will Chucky succeed in possessing his body? Written by Phil Fernando

Did You Know?

Edit
Trivia Don Mancini stated that in an early draft of his script, the film was set during the Christmas season; this would have explained why so many Good Guy dolls were in the factory during the finale. See more »
Goofs Andy would have easily been able to spit out the sock stuffed in his mouth. There is no tape holding it in and when Kyle enters the bedroom, she easily pulls the sock out with no trouble. See more »

Quotes Andy Barclay: [Approaches the Good Guy doll who reminds him of Chucky] I hate you.
Chucky: [In a Good Guy voice] Hi, I'm... Tommy, and I'm your friend to the end! Hidey-ho! Ha, ha, ha!
