Storyline

Mary Lou, the prom queen burned to death by her boyfriend back in the fifties, has escaped from hell and is once again walking the hallways of Hamilton High School, looking for blood. She chooses as her escort in world of the living Alex, an average depressed student with dreams of one day becoming a doctor. As Mary Lou begins to get back into form, the body count starts climbing and the graduating class of Hamilton High is once again smaller than expected. Entertaining follow-up has Mary Lou returning from the grave again in order to have a relationship with a high school jock, but his girlfriend isn't going to give him up without a fight. And soon it is a battle to the death between Mary Lou and the other woman on Prom Night. With a wicked sense of humor, memorable death scenes, and an amusing turn by Courtney Taylor this entry manages to keep the series alive. Rated R; Brief Nudity, Graphic Violence, Profanity, and Sexual Situations.
