  • A model named Barbara Hallen has disappeared and her father gets private detective Sam Morgan to go to Paris to find his daughter. Barbara's trail leads Morgan to a plastic surgery clinic owned by Dr. Flamand. Morgan's investigation reveals the horrifying secret behind the Doctor's miracle cures which is blood and organs taken from kidnapped young women. As Morgan's investigation closes witnesses are eliminated one by one, each in a more horrible way.

  • The renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Flamand owns the Clinique des Mimosas in Saint Cloud. While shopping in Paris at Christmas with his beloved sister Ingrid, his partner and the head of the clinic, Nathalie, Dr. Frank is attacked with acid by a client that had her face partially destroyed by him in a unsuccessful operation. However, he sidesteps the acid attack his sister Ingrid is instead totally deformed. Dr. Frank becomes obsessed with restoring Ingrid's face and together with Nathalie and their servant Gordon (Gérard Zalcberg), they kidnap beautiful women. Dr. Frank kills them in the hopes of preparing a solution to recover the beauty of his sister.

  • When model Barbara Hallen disappears in France, her father's private detective traces her steps to a private plastic surgery clinic run by Dr.Flamand.
