Storyline

Murphy Brown is a very selfish, stubborn, extremely hot-tempered but also talented, resourceful, clever and caring middle-aged reporter who works for FYI News Network and at the same time tries to raise her child as an unmarried, working woman. Her friends and co-workers, Corky, Jim, Frank and Miles, try to balance between her outbursts of anger and her family, personality or even financial crises. It's a difficult life for Murphy but she's got the guts to live it... Written by Xenophon Tsakanikas <ftpadmin@antigoni.med.auth.gr>

Quotes

Kay: I've talked to the network and they agree that given the quality of your work lately, they have no choice but to give all of you five days at a beautiful Mexican resort totally at their expense. See what I did there? You thought I was going to do something evil but I went a different way!

How to denegrate your President without really trying.
27 November 2018 | by gdebenham-03378See all my reviews

I watched the first episode of this alleged comedy more out of curiosity than anything else. Now I understand why curiosity killed the cat. This 'new' series is nothing more than leftist propaganda thinly disguised as comedy. Just about every scene contained derogatory remarks about Donal Trump, and to make matters worse they even invited Hillary on the show to tell Bergen's character how wonderful she is. If the producers were trying to make a statement by bringing Bergen and the rest of the cast out of the television wilderness and onto the anti-trump band wagon I'm afraid it failed on so many levels; just like my attempt to find at least one saving grace to make it worthy of one star.
