When the Fairy Godmother gives Pinocchio his freedom back, she also transforms him back into a real boy. A few shots later, when she asks him why he isn't at home in bed, he is a puppet again.

As the Emperor of the Night is telling Pinocchio that he isn't like his other puppets, the Emperor has no body and you can see right through him. When the Emperor says the line, "Yes indeed," we see him from the back and can't see through him.

At the carnival, Pinocchio's left hand turns to wood when he says that he's a pretty fair dancer. The colour of his wooden hand matches his skin. Two shots later, his hand is a different shade of brown.

When Pinocchio sees the Carnival for the first time, it is along a flat road straight ahead of him. After he says he will take a peek at it, the Carnival is at the bottom of a hill.

Willikers' short scarf stretches as he uses it to climb down to a lower window outside Geppetto's house. There is no scarf below him, but in the shot looking down to the lower window his scarf is trailing all the way down.

Scalawag's and Igor's chairs fall backwards when they get a sharp tug on the end of their fishing lines. When they get pulled off the boat by the big fish, the chairs have gone.

When Grumblebee rescues Willikers from the jar, he jams his tail into the cork. As he tells Willikers that the fog is thick up ahead, his tail is out of the cork.

Puppetino lifts Pinocchio up after he has attached strings to him and the lower parts of Pinocchio's arms (below the elbows) change position from hanging slightly outwards to hanging down.

Revealing mistakes 

Scalawag does not move at all when we see him from the back as he tells Pinnochio that if the only puppet, who was ever real was to give up or lose it's freedom, something terrible would happen to the Good Fairy.
