As the Emperor of the Night is telling Pinocchio that he isn't like his other puppets, the Emperor has no body and you can see right through him. When the Emperor says the line, "Yes indeed," we see him from the back and can't see through him.
At the carnival, Pinocchio's left hand turns to wood when he says that he's a pretty fair dancer. The colour of his wooden hand matches his skin. Two shots later, his hand is a different shade of brown.
Willikers' short scarf stretches as he uses it to climb down to a lower window outside Geppetto's house. There is no scarf below him, but in the shot looking down to the lower window his scarf is trailing all the way down.
Scalawag does not move at all when we see him from the back as he tells Pinnochio that if the only puppet, who was ever real was to give up or lose it's freedom, something terrible would happen to the Good Fairy.
