In the pool scene Pee Wee asks "What's a eunuch?" However in the first movie, when he's in bed after measuring his penis growth
and his mother walks in, he quickly turns over on his stomach and says "Instant eunuch."
Near the end of the film, when Mr. Carter is reprimanding Billy for the adult film and Ms. Balbricker comes in, she calls Mr. Carter "Harold", although the nameplate on his desk in the second film gave his first name as Floyd.
