- This is extremely tame on sex jokes. (Mostly jokes to Blanche. )
- Mild sexual references in every episode. They are relatively tame for the most time, considering it's an 80's show.

- The episode, "Not Another Monday" deals with a woman wanting to commit suicide.
- In the episode Room 7, Blanche attempts suicide to get demolished in her grandmother's house while being handcuffed
- If turned into a movie definitely would be PG-13 for crude and sexual humor, thematic elements and for some strong language.
- Arguing between characters can be intense and upsetting.
- The episodes "Sick and Tired" and "72 Hours" may upset some viewers, because both have a small amount of thematic material in them (that being references to death)
- Nothing very frightening is seen throughout the series.
