Storyline

George Kornspan pays $100,00 at Peter Kinkella's children charity date auction for the company of two young women. While he gets Viagra, blindfold Rebecca Roth(19) is stabbed to death with a letter-opener, her ring stolen. Katie Watson claims she left to avoid a threesome. The ring was bought and sold by her recently heart-broken would be-fiancé Carl Thornton. He saw her flirting with detective Jake Berkeley. He investigates Kinkella's heroin dealing. Peter's charity is bogus, his place was bugged by a Homeland Security undercover. This leads to bigger fish. Written by KGF Vissers

Goofs

When George brings the girls back to the bedroom it is daytime. The girls draw the sheer drapes, which still allow a considerable amount of natural light in the room. He leaves the room, and when he returns a few minutes later it is completely pitch black. He soon discovers the body of one of the girls, mistaking her blood, by its feel, as chocolate sauce. Later during the investigation they show a flash back to only moments after George discovers the body, and the room is once again filled with natural light streaming through the sheer windowpanes. this whole series is bogus

Seriously, they show aerial views throughout each episode from miami florida and long beach california ...to wit, miami has no ocean piers but you always see that pier at belmont veterans memorial pier in long beach ... the production costs to replicate miami dade police fire and rescue vehicles must be cheaper than billeting the cast in miami to film the series ... i particularly get a laugh from watching a hummer riding back and forth across the causeway to miami beach ... i really don't think that the writers researched crime scenes in miami because most end up on extravagant properties on isolated islands.....i've yet to see a legit collins ave address but plenty of locations around or near long beach california... we are not as dumb as you would make us out
