In 17th century France, young Dogtanian travels to Paris to fulfill his ambition to become one of the King's Musketeers. He befriends Athos, Porthos and Aramis and falls in love with Juliette. A doggy version of the tale.
In a toy factory, after being made, a teddy bear is put in a storeroom after being deposed. The teddy bear is found by a cosmic being from outer space known as Spotty Man, and Spotty Man brought the teddy bear to life with his "cosmic dust". Spotty Man took the teddy bear to Mother Nature, where Mother Nature gave the Teddy Bear, special powers which gave him the power to fight evil. The Teddy Bear became the superhero known as SuperTed. Assited by Spotty Man, SuperTed would face his evil nemesis, the evil cowboy Texas Pete and his associates, the clumsy and idiotic over weighted man Bulk and Skeleton, a cowardly undead Skeleton, as SuperTed sets out to foil Texas Pete's schemes of wealth and power and put a end to SuperTed once and for all.Written by
Though voicing in most of the series, Sheila Steafel was the only voice actor not to be credited on every episode despite being the only female cast member. When I was a kid the norwegian broadcasting channel used to show this series in the weekends, and I remember a few episodes very vividly. The intro to every episode shows a teddybear being malmanufatured, and thrown down into a cold and dark store room. Then there comes an alien with spots and they go to a magic cloud where he is given fantastic powers and he becomes SUPERTED. The whole series is about Superted and his alien friend trying to fight evil, most often in the form of the criminal trio Tex, Bolla (in english perhaps bigboy) and Beinet (he is a skeleton). These are smalltimers who dont succeed, Tex is the leader, but Superted always overcomes his scrupulous plans. All in all I remember it as a good series for kids.
