quiet little gem
29 July 1999 | by DabacTSPSee all my reviews

This masterpiece tells a story about tenants of a skyscraper brought together in a problem of leaking water pipe. All the same, they are all happy and optimistic, in spite of dark soc-realistic surrounding. Main message the movie tries to tell is - Tomorrow is a new day, cold wakening... But there is still time to make love.
