Continuity

The rates on Harry Canyon's taxicab door vary between close and long shots.
In the Den segment, when Katherine is first going to be sacrificed, she is at first tied up, then, all of a sudden, she's untied and struggling, only for her to be then tied up again.
In the final sequence, during the bar fight, all three opponents have necklaces of the 'S' symbol which vanish and reappear continually during the fight.
In the Den segment, the Queen gets up nude after sex, then is suddenly wearing a blue loincloth-type garment.
The color of the spaceship's thrusters in "So Beautiful & So Dangerous" changes from green to red between shots.

Factual errors

In the ending credits for songwriting, Michael Moorcock's last name is misspelled as "Moorecock". This was not corrected on the Blu-ray release.
Spelling errors in the end credits -- Jimmy T. Murakami was given as Jimmy T. Murikami, the band Nazareth as Nazarath, and Rodger Bumpass as Roger Bumpass (multiple times).

Revealing mistakes

The two final scenes of "So Beautiful & So Dangerous" are reversed. The robot and Gloria leave the spaceship onto the space station before the ship lands. If you look closely at the lower right corner of the screen as the ship grinds to a halt in the hangar bay, the escalator ramp used by the robot and the secretary only seconds before is deployed.

Miscellaneous

In "B-17", when the bay doors open and the bombs start to drop, the bombs appear to be loaded backwards; they are falling fin first, not nose first, with regard to the direction of flight and the terrain as it moves below the aircraft.

Errors in geography

When the pilot lands on the South Seas island, Howler Monkeys can be heard in the background. They are native to South America, not the South Pacific.
