Sex & Nudity

  • The opening of the film is a sequence from the film-within-a-film featuring a POV shot as a voyeur views several sexual scenes: two women dancing topless, a partially clothed woman masturbating on a couch, and a couple having sex, culminating in a shower scene where the prowler attacks a nude woman with a knife. Breasts are visible throughout the sequence. The shower scene is replayed several times during the course of the movie as the characters try to record the perfect scream.
  • A sailor and a prostitute have sex in a phone booth. No nudity.
  • While there is a plenitude of unnecessary female nudity for the male viewer, there is no male nudity for the enjoyment of female viewers.
  • In the beginning of the film, we see a couple making out beside a river from a camera's far angle, and the woman looks up as she feels suspicious.
  • A still photo shows a female caught in bed with a male in a blackmail shot, and her breasts are visible in the photo. No male nudity is shown.

Violence & Gore

  • A man strangles a prostitute with a string. It is shown by him placing the string on her neck. The next shot shows her feet lifted up as she shakes. Seconds later, she stops.
  • A villain strangles a woman to death offscreen, lasts for several seconds.
  • A villain strangles a call-girl briefly, then stabs her several times partly offscreen with an ice pick.
  • A sleazy character tries to kiss a woman who is obviously not willing. After wrestling for a few seconds, she hits him over the head with a liquor bottle and knocks him out. There is glass everywhere but no blood.

  • 1 use of t-ts and the only occasional 'fuck'/'shit'.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some very mild drug use

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The opening shot is a little intense
  • Overall this movie is a somewhat intense thriller.
  • Not a very violent film as a whole, but shown at an intense level without graphic details.
