Although shot in English the dialogue was dubbed/post-synced by other, uncredited actors.

The film exists in two versions. The one from 1979 was edited by the German production company, runs at 106 minutes (same length as the workprint shown in Cannes the same year) and is dubbed in German. The one from 1987 is Widerberg's director's cut and runs at 89 minutes.
