One scene is usually cut on TV: Harmony (Véronique Jannot) is holding the hand of an unconscious and seriously wounded soldier. When Dr Desprée (Alain Delon) enters the tent, he bluntly asks her what she is doing. Then he brutally draws back the blanket, and one can see the erect penis of the soldier (quite surprising for a 1979 movie). Then Dr Desprée harshly says: "It's not his hand he wants you to hold!".
