- In the episode The Bicycle Man, Mr. Horton the bike shop owner gives Arnold and Dudley wine, he also gives Dudley a pill after Arnold leaves, and Dudley says he feels woozy.

- The Bicycle Man episode focuses on Arnold and his friend being groomed and molested by the owner of a bicycle shop. This is a very disturbing episode and it may be triggering to viewers who have survived or experienced sexual abuse, in fact series star Todd Bridges mentioned that he refuses to watch this episode because he himself was a victim of sexual abuse.
- The season 3&4 intros may scare viewers due to the freezing of the cast members especially Gary Coleman
