Sex & Nudity

  • Mild sexual references in some episodes. They are pretty harmless, about the par of what you get with a PG rating.
  • In the episode The Bicycle Man, Mr. Horton the bike shop owner is a pedophile and tries to touch Dudley.

Violence & Gore

  • Some episodes revolve around fighting. Aftermath such as black-eye and scratches can be seen.
  • Slapstick.

Profanity

  • Thanksgiving Crossover: Two uses of "hell", one by Phil Drummond, in an explanatory manner.
  • Infrequent mild language. Most commonly "devil" is said, although mostly not in a particularly rude manner. "Hell" is used as well, but it's rare. Damn is also used rarely.
  • The Trip, Part 2: "I have no idea what the hell you are talking about."
  • Arnold's Girlfriend, Part 1: "What the hell was that all about?"

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • References to and drinking in a few episodes.
  • In the episode The Bicycle Man, Mr. Horton the bike shop owner gives Arnold and Dudley wine, he also gives Dudley a pill after Arnold leaves, and Dudley says he feels woozy.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The Bicycle Man episode focuses on Arnold and his friend being groomed and molested by the owner of a bicycle shop. This is a very disturbing episode and it may be triggering to viewers who have survived or experienced sexual abuse, in fact series star Todd Bridges mentioned that he refuses to watch this episode because he himself was a victim of sexual abuse.
  • The season 3&4 intros may scare viewers due to the freezing of the cast members especially Gary Coleman
