In a brief scene a woman comes onto a man very suggestively saying, "Give me your golden staff....it's okay, God won't mind."
A married couple are seen in bed many times. Some kissing. The man is shirtless many times in the film.
Jerry walks to the back of the supermarket, he passes a male employee with his hand on the upper right of a female employee under her skirt - nothing shown.
A young boy and girl make a comment about menopause but it's said so innocently and in a comical way that it's hard to be offended by it.
One of Jerry's corporate bosses makes an analogy about "humping a girl" in a supermarket.

Very mild language. "Hell" is only said twice. No other profanity whatsoever.

Nothing frightening, this is a feel good comedy and fantasy. Some of the arguments and conversations between Jerry and his wife may qualify as intense.
