Anachronisms

The courtroom sketch takes place in 1957, when there were only 48 states. However, a 50-star flag is shown in the courtroom.

Character error

During the "Fistful of Yen" sequence, the tour guide mentions that the tanks containing the chemicals for germ warfare can each hold "4000 cubic liters". The liter is already a unit of volume, so the phrase "cubic liters" doesn't really mean anything.

Crew or equipment visible

In the Fist Full of Yen segment (00:51:42), as the prisoners are escaping to battle Klahn's army, on the wall to the right, you can clearly see the shadow of one of the crew directing the prisoners out of the scene.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

In the courtroom scene, the car was said to have been in the northbound lanes of U.S. highway 30, which actually runs east-to-west overall. However it does not run in a straight line, and some portions (the largest being about 40 miles paralleling the Columbia River in Oregon) do run north-south.

When Paul Burmaster interviews Claude Lamont, the gag is that the roving boom mic picks up sounds that it otherwise wouldn't (heart beats and the like). But while the moving mic picks up these other noises, the voice levels of the actors do not vary. We know that within the sketch they are not otherwise miked because when the mic goes into the water pitcher their voices gurgle.
