After two months of separation, Emmanuelle must find her husband Jean in Hong Kong. She goes there by boat. Once in Thailand, she finds her husband and meets Christopher, a mysterious airplane pilot. At a dinner, she also meets Laura, Jean's mistress and her troubling stepdaughter Anna Maria. She proceeds to have several extramarital affairs -- with Jean's knowledge, of course.
Sylvia Kristel from soft-porn classic and controversial "Emmanuelle" stars in this sequel directed by Francis Giacobetti entitled,"Emmanuelle 2".
The story involves Emmanuelle seeking her husband after two months of separation. This time, she goes to Hong Kong - another Asian location - after they were in Bangkok in the first movie. She gets involved in several extra-marital affairs whether a woman or a man. With the knowledge of her husband of course just like in the first film.
Well, the film has themes of eroticism, open marriage, sexual adventures, and sex between man and a woman as well as that of two women of course. But unfortunately, the movie lost sanity among the characters with them acting that they are willing to have sex with anyone at any place at anytime. That makes it similar to a porn movie that is tame by today's standards. No question that it won't hold up by today's standards.
