When the group lines up outside the yacht for the photo, Christine has her sunglasses on. When Clinton hangs up the photo, it shows Christine with no sunglasses.
After Tom throws some darts into the scoreboard, a later shot of the board shows the darts in different positions from where they first landed.
In the photograph of the six guests, they are lined up closer to the boat than they were when the picture taken; it also is at a different angle.

As Clinton was murdered by being stabbed on the back of the neck with an ice pick, the medical examiner was bound to discover that wound and realize that it was not Lee who killed Clinton.
