Trivia

The premise of the film: Dante hiring the organization Little Secret Service to prevent him from smoking using various creative methods in order to gain a large sum of money is remarkably similar to the premise of the The Flintstones (1960) episode The Flintstones: Fred Flintstone: Before and After (1961) where Fred is given the offer of 1000 dollars if he can loose a certain amount of weight and is aided by the club Food Anonymous to prevent him from eating using various creative methods. A fun seventies movie
8 August 1999 | by TorbenBSee all my reviews

Based on The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri this movie deals with the problem of quitting smoking. It is a whimsical, not at all realistic story divided into parts (Inferno, Purgatory, Paradise). Typical of the humor of Swedish movie makers Hans Alfredsson and Tage Danielsson. A nice movie to get your mood up on a dull day.
