Early in the film, the villagers go to the castle in broad daylight to destroy Dracula. During this, a couple of brief shots of the castle are shown, only they show the castle at night.
Boom mic visible
Just after Simon has given his speech at the party, the shadow of the boom mic is seen on the wall behind him.
Continuity
The crack in the glass of Sarah's portrait seems to change position several times.
Early in the film, the villagers goes to the castle in broad daylight to destroy Dracula. During this a couple of brief shots of the castle is shown, only they show the castle at night.
On the battlements as Dracula is burning close ups when his face is visible, show him bare handed but when he's seen from the back or with his hands over his face they're bandaged and in long shot when he's alight it looks as if he's got gloves on.
Crew or equipment visible
When Klove is preparing to make a bed for Simon, and when he says 'The young lady will be quite comfortable', the shadow of a microphone is visible in the left upper corner of the screen.
Errors in geography
Paul arrives in the village well after nine o'clock in the evening. He is thrown out by the landlord, and goes to Dracula's castle. He arrives there the same evening, so Dracula's castle shouldn't really be that far away from the village. When Simon and Sarah leave Dracula's castle in the morning, they don't arrive in the village before it's evening again, although they made the whole trip in Dracula's coach.
Revealing mistakes
As the villagers leave the castle after setting fire to it, their shadows can be seen on the "sky", revealing it to be a painted backdrop.
Early is the film as Paul is aboard the out-of-control horse carriage (with the white horses) - watch as the cameraman flees out of their thundering path thinking, quite possibly, he will be run over.
When Tania visits Paul in his room, she walks to the window and her reflection is visible in the mirror. Vampires supposedly cast no reflection.
Maria, the landlord's wife, is supposed to be killed by Dracula's bats. When the landlord approaches her and touches her shoulder, her head moves to the left. At the same time however, the actress portraying Maria also moves her left eye from the right to the left, which should not be possible if Maria is really dead.
When the Burgomaster is banging on the bedroom door after chasing his daughter up the stairs, the entire wall - supposedly stone - shakes.
During a close-up of one of the mutilated corpses in the church, it is possible to see a pulse in the victim's neck.
The cross around Sarah's neck that she shows to the Priest is smaller than the one Dracula saw when he tried to bite her on the neck.
During Paul's struggle with Dracula, he can briefly seen to be wearing red bikini briefs, something unknown in the 19th century.
After Dracula stabs Tania for the first time, when he removes the knife the blade quivers, betraying its soft, rubber construction.
When Tania dies we see a closeup of her bare foot. When Kloves comes to dismember her she is wearing white stockings.
Paul enters the castle in Dracula's coach. When he gets out of the coach and walks around a bit, the coach with the horses has suddenly disappeared.
As Paul is climbing down the knotted bed-curtains, you can catch a glimpse of the rope which they are wrapped around.
When Dracula is on fire at the movie's conclusion, the stuntman is wearing a fireproof mask that looks nothing like Christopher Lee.
When Dracula catches on fire at the end, you can easily see that the stunt man is wearing a fireproof Dracula mask (which doesn't look like Christopher Lee at all) and fireproof gloves.
As a bat enters Dracula's lair a light evening sky is seen then Dracula walks to the window and it's night.
A youth and girl are in bed, the camera pans to the window and it can be seen to be evening, it cuts to morning, the girl wakes and sees the throbbing vein in the boy's neck and reveals the vampire fangs in her mouth. The curtains of the bed are pulled back to reveal Dracula.
Spoilers
Continuity
Simon finds Paul hanging from a wall with a hook stabbed through his back and out to his chest. In the close up, Paul's mouth is open with his top front teeth showing. In the next shot, his mouth is almost closed with no teeth showing at all.
Revealing mistakes
Paul is supposed to be dead when Simon finds him hanging from the hook. If you look closely, Paul's chest heaves a bit, as if he is breathing. Also, his eyes seem to move as well.
