Girly plays pool with a man and threatens him as she knocks the heads off dolls with pool balls.

It is implied that Mumsy, who has no husband, went crazy and raised her two children to be psychotics with the mentality of a junior-high-aged kid. Nanny supposedly helped her to raise her kids.

A man becomes deranged after joining the family and, upon hearing Mumsy and Girly's plans to do away with him, plots to murder them both in their sleep.

Not much, the few swear words are nothing you wouldn't see in a PG-13 movie in the 21st century. The real thing to be wary of in this film is the sexual innuendo, there's a lot of it.

It's implied that the whole "family" is on drugs, which is party to blame for their deranged games.

This film isn't very scary, it's more of a black comedy than anything else. One could compare it to films such as American Gothic (1988) and Running With Scissors (2006).

The murder scenes are mostly offscreen but are still somewhat disturbing.

There's a lot of offscreen and implied sex in the film.

The idea of two adults dressing as young children, and of adult men finding them sexually attractive, may upset some viewers.

The snuff films might upset some viewers, though they're intended to be funny they're rather morbid.
