A winner for Pink Panther fans, one of his better cartoons from 1968. Pinky does what he does best, being cool, cute, likable and funny. His statue imitation agreed is not something to forget in the long run. The Pink Package Plot is colourfully animated and fluidly if simply drawn, advantaged also by vibrant music scoring and also that classic theme tune. The Pink Package Plot is never dull, and is quite possibly one of the least predictable and most inventive of the Pink Panther cartoons. You expect a Pink Panther cartoon to be entertaining and at least be funny, The Pink Package Plot is both those things and at its best moments are genuinely hilarious, never being less than amusing. All the gags are well-timed and make their mark. The ending rounds things off nicely.
To conclude, everything a Pink Panther cartoon should be. Very entertaining, visually colourful and inventively constructed. 10/10 Bethany Cox
