Anachronisms

In the theater when Flint is dancing ballet with Natasha and shows the audience clapping at the end , that scene is obviously taken from another period film because the characters are dressed in military uniforms and female costumes of the nineteenth century .

Errors in geography

When the Flint girls tell Flint they're going to Fabulous Face in the Virgin Islands, one of them tells Flint that it is only a couple of hours from Rio.

Rio, is over 3,000 miles away, not even the Concord could fly there in a 'couple of hours'; and the Concord didn't start flying until 2 years after the movie was released.

In the final scenes with General Carter and Derek Flint in the space capsule, their helmet visors are down and locked until they reach orbit, then they both rotate their clear visors upward to where they can breathe cabin air. Then during the fight, both mens' visors mysteriously work their way back down and latched, just before Flint opens the air lock and leaves the capsule.
