In the year 2015, Commander Mike Halstead, commander of space station Gamma One for the United Democracies Space Command, is assigned to investigate the alarming and increasing number of missing persons reports on Earth. A Dr. Nurmi, head of CBM (Chem Bio Med) division of The Corporation, is engaged in secret bio-engineering experiments on the same space base as Halstead. Halstead vehemently disapproves of them. While Nurmi's assignment is to study miniaturization of human organs, his real mission is to kidnap influential world leaders for use in his eugenics program. Nurmi is actually working for the planet Delphos, using four-armed androids to assist and women in the kidnappings. While the beautiful woman distracts the intended target, the male android envelops the person with his robes and uses a powerful shrinking device. The kidnap victim is reduced to a Barbie-doll-sized miniature that can easily be hidden in a satchel. He then transporting the miniaturized world leaders to Delphos. Nurmi woos Halstead's fit girlfriend, Lieutenant Connie Gomez, after he watches her train space station women in self-defense arts. Nurmi wants to use the superb physical conditioning of Gomez in his experiments to build a genetically perfect, immortal race of humans. Halstead eventually deduces that confrontation on Delphos is necessary. He and some support troops invade the planet to save Gomez and bring down Nurmi's diabolical plot.
