- A woman puts some brandy in a man's coffee. Another man tries to take a drink from the bottle but a woman takes it away. He lights and smokes a cigarette instead.
- A man smokes a pipe while waiting on another man.
- Many people are shown acting wildly in a saloon, and a drunk man is kicked out.
- While a meeting is held in a saloon, one man repeatedly asks for a drink but is told the bar is closed.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The duel gunfight between two men is frightening.
- A house is set on fire and a man is rescued from inside.

- In a flashback, it is shown that a man who was out of sight shot one of two men participating in a duel. No gore but this would be considered murder even during the period.
