Trivia

Gidget's striped blouse at the breakfast table in California and Abby's striped dress at the Luau are the same fabric pattern. Abby wears that same striped dress when they go to see Eddie at the Moana, and then the next night at the Luau. See more »

Goofs

In an early scene, Jeff gives Gidget his fraternity pin. We know this is in "real time" because when her parents spring the Hawaiian trip on her Gidget complains she's only just been pinned. But Jeff pinned her at the end of Gidget (1959). Further confusing the matter, we soon see the whole getting pinned scene reprised shortly thereafter as one of the flashbacks Gidget confides to Abby on the airplane. See more »

Fun Flick
2 December 1999 | by OQCanarySee all my reviews

The most fun of the "Gidget" movies. Filled with misunderstandings and jealousy, this flick is sure to amuse as Gidget's life turns more complicated than even she knows.

James Darren is quite a catch.
