Don Carlos spends much of his fortune in organizing everything and, once operated, discovers that he has been cheated deceived by César who, taking advantage of his convalescence, has seized the heart of his daughter and eighty percent of the actions of the business.Written by
The director Julio Coll, author of great movies as "Distrito Quinto" and dashes as "Apartado De Correos 1001", representing the best Noir Spanish films, offers a unique opportunity in this argument we can qualify as business drama, where the subject of the film is to describe and criticize the ruthless power struggle that is established in a large industrial company.
At the same title and in the opening credits metaphor is stressed that these managers equated with scavengers, willing to do anything to achieve success, the sub plot concerning the president's illness "Carlos", which form rather naive, suggests that it is willing to sacrifice someone else's life in order to save itself, identify you as "Raven" while "César", his secretary, is the only character who seems to ethical reasons, but soon discover that for it shall take such dirty methods as those regrets. It is also appreciated, especially in the party sequence, a critique of that enterprise-class children living carelessly, showing total disregard for the reality that surrounds them.
Also interesting are the references to medical practices immoral, German doctors casually, referring explicitly to the horrific Nazi experiments during World War II, taking into account that several of these characters went through Spain in his flight after defeat, the mention is relevant, but serve to highlight the inhumanity of "Carlos".
The film is shot correctly highlights the opening sequence, very symbolic and quickly identifying who qualifies as "crows", and also shows us the first visit "Carlos" to the illegal clinic, located in an elegant house but dilapidated, guarded by dogs do not stop barking. Equally notable are the sequence of the operation, which plays skilfully with multiple angles and staging of the last Board of Directors, which is the highlight of the film, when "the cards are laid on the table".
Otherwise the script is correct, although some forced situations or exaggerated somewhat devalue the set, and interpretations effective, especially the two main characters, Jorge Rigaud as "Carlos" and Arturo Fernandez as "Cesar", who demonstrates once again what a great actor he is.
