Separate Tables (1958)
Goofs
Audio/visual unsynchronised
Much of the conversation between Ann and John on the balcony has mismatched audio due to looping recorded at slightly the wrong time versus the video.
Continuity
When Major Pollock is handed the newspaper in the last scene of the movie, it is folded in half in one shot but folded in fourths in another - the evidence being the picture on the back 'half' being upright. In reality, if in half the picture would be upside down.
When John takes Ann in his arms on the terrace, she drops her cigarette. As they go back inside, she still has the cigarette in her hand.
The same story headline can be seen in two days' editions of the Hampshire newspaper that reports the court case of Niven's character.
Crew or equipment visible
