Weird old school Anime

Strange storyline with sexual contexts. Non-linear storyline mixing crime and adventure. Character development is clearly visible, music is good. The story was made up in a weird way, also the atmosphere. Sometimes I felt like watching a movie made for children and sometimes I thought "damn, any moment they will do some sexual intercourse". I didn't really know where this was going... Anyway the one who wrote the story must be some kind of catophile because there are so many strange camera angles where they are just fixed on the cat-ladies butt... To me the movie was weird, it had it's moments and a lot rather boring moments. Nothing you should watch but you sure can if you are a big animation fan.
