Boom mic visible 

Just after Delilah rings for her servant to bring dinner, the mike boom can be seen casting a shadow on the inside wall of her tent.

Character error 

A boy in Samson's village is named "Saul." Samson hints or predicts that one day he will be king of Israel. The script states repeatedly that Samson was a "Danite" (member of the Tribe of Dan). The Bible states King Saul was a member of the Tribe of Benjamin and grew up near Jerusalem (not in Dan's territory).

Revealing mistakes 

Immediately after Dagon falls a column falls near the dias. As it tilts over the "stone" develops a crease as it falls.

When Delilah is sitting on the balcony, shadows fall on the blue sky behind her, revealing it to be a wall on the set.

Revealing mistakes 

As the huge statue of Dagon toppled in the climax, the flames in the fire within the stature "lean" as the statue leaned, before finally toppling over. This clearly shows the flames were images being manipulated, and was not real fire.
