This is one of the best movies about Beethoven ever made.  In spite of the 1944 technology (particularly the deficient sound track), the movie transmits the internal drama of Beethoven's life through an excellent performance by Enrique Muiño.  It is a pity that no video copies are available.

The film recounts the life and work of famed concert pianist Dario Garzay.
