Love, crime and duty

"El Clavo" is based upon a short story by the spanish romantic writer P.A. de Alarcón. But the scriptwriters did a good job: the original story was just about 20 pages long!

It starts as the story of a judge and his lover. They decide to start a new life together but... the woman simply disappears.

After some years, the judge finds a skull with a nail in his backbone. It's an unsolved crime. Finding who the murderer was will also let him know something about the woman he loved.

If you ever get the chance to see it, i think you'll enjoy it!
