Here Comes Mr. Jordan (1941)
Goofs
Continuity
Pendleton (as Farnsworth) hands the $25,000 check to Max, who takes it with his left hand. There's an edit to a slightly different angle and suddenly the check is in Max's right hand.
Mr. Farnsworth (Joe Pendleton) says several words to others near him [at 0:54 in the 1:37 film] that are not present on the soundtrack, probably due to an editing error.
Miscellaneous
At the opening of the montage of newspaper headlines announcing Farnsworth buying back the stock, stock footage from Mr. Smith Goes to Washington is used, with a headline declaring "SMITH LIES, SAYS SENATE".
Revealing mistakes
Just before Joe Pendleton and the messenger arrive at Joe's apartment, looking for his body, they pass a woman coming from the other direction. She moves her shoulder back and to the left to let Joe pass and also steals a quick glance at him. According to the messenger's comments just a moment later, neither he nor Joe can be seen or heard, so the woman should not have moved to let them pass or noticed them at all.
