Louise Bronson: How do we know when it's happened? Do they make a noise or something?
Jeff Holland: I've got a feeling that it's going to be awfully drunk out tonight.
Mr. Bronson: [about their daughter, Linda] Well, I must say, I don't understand this younger generation. Here she goes to Nassau, gets herself engaged to a total stranger, now she's not here to introduce us when he arrives. How on earth does she expect us to know somebody we've never even met?
Louise Bronson: Oh, don't be silly dear. I never knew you before I met you, did I? And besides, he's no stranger. He's practically related to us. He's going to marry our own daughter.
