Storyline

The title refers to New York City's diamond district. To help the insurance agency of her uncle John Graves (Robert McWade)Jane Martin (Claire Trevor)allows her diamond to serve as loot to gain entry into a gang of diamond thieves operated by Frank Peyton (Cesar Romero).
