Looking for this movie on DVD or VHS

My grandfather, Nunnally Johnson, wrote the screenplay for this movie. I have been collecting his works for some time now and this is one of two movies that has been impossible to find. If somebody knows where it might be available on DVD or VHS, I would be eternally grateful! Even if it comes on TCM, that would be great!
