- Two mummy-related deaths (a museum guard dies of shock off-camera; an archaeologist succumbs to mumbo jumbo). A few Egyptian slaves are run through with spears. An Egyptian king is entombed alive.

- Pretty violent for its time but not so bad
- Imhotep is mummified alive and form 1932 this scene was very frightening and still is.
- The scene when the two Egyptian men are stabbed with spears is very graphic as we see the spears imbed in there bodies, Now its a tame effect but for 1932 was very Graphic
