Trivia

During filming, the cast and crew were caught in an unexpected snow storm near Bishop, California with white out conditions, subzero temperatures, and ten feet of snow. The cast and crew had to abandon their tractors that they were using to reach a 9,000 foot elevation area where filming was to take place and trek in these conditions to a cabin some 2 miles away. Conway Tearle took the lead to make sure that the entire group reached shelter at the cabin. The woman cast members held there own as two people collapsed during the storm with all eventually safety during this ordeal. See more »
