Plot Summary

To avoid being arrested for speeding,an unmarried couple, Eleanor Carter "Helene Chadwick" and BillTayor "Harry Myers", tell police officer "Hardboiled" Hogan "Pat Harmon", they are hurrying to see their "sick baby". Hogan tells them he is going to come to their apartment to see their sick baby. The couple hires an adult midget, Mr. Buppo "Midget Gustav" to impersonate the baby.
