Miriam Cooper was responsible for most of the production, from costuming to casting. She enjoyed making it and found it to be some of her best work. Ironically it got the worst reviews of her career and according to her it was 'the only picture of Raoul's to lose money'.
Was one of Miriam Cooper's favorite films, ironically it was also her worst received by critics and fans alike.
