A family fights for survival as a planet-killing comet races to Earth. John Garrity (Gerard Butler), his estranged wife Allison (Morena Baccarin), and young son Nathan make a perilous journey to their only hope for sanctuary. Amid terrifying news accounts of cities around the world being leveled by the comet's fragments, the Garritys experience the best and worst in humanity while they battle the increasing panic and lawlessness surrounding them. Quotes

Nathan Garrity: My friend Teddy says your life flashes in front of your eyes when you die. I think it would be better if it did that while you lived. That way, you could see all the good memories and be happy.

Worth a watch
30 July 2020 | by hllolunaSee all my reviews

Lot of end of the world movies follow the same storyline but this one had that little extra. Felt like the way they handled this was more realistic, so in a way 'scarier'. I usually like seeing a lot of the destruction and action itself but I definitely recommend watching it
