New version of"Man Facing Southeast"
13 June 2002 | by garita_del_diabloSee all my reviews

Argentine director Eliseo Subiela created "Man Facing Southeast" in 1986-87. It has the same plot, and the same taste for surreal touches. But the American version is more light. The blue jay scene has the same effect on patients of the Beethoven's 9th symphony concert scene of Subiela, but Subiela's is more touching. Was nice to watch both on consecutive days.
